THE ALAN DUGDALE  STORY
We also sponsored Eddie Roberts, he won the 1970 250cc MGP and 500cc production TT, a very good rider. Bernard Murrey came and won 350cc and 500cc MGP, two great wins, he rode superbly. This meant H Dugdale Motors had won all three classes 250cc, 350cc and 500cc at the I.O.M. MGP, the first and only sponsor to ever do this. .

The first that Dad sponsored was in 1948, the 500 senior MGP with Manx rider Don Crossley.

Then I got passed fit to ride again after 20 years and came back and won the 1986 MGP Classic TT with a new race average and lap record. This made it 11 TT wins for
H. Dugdale Motors.
